Healthy eating is becoming more and more a standard way of living each day. I now from experience and bad health myself how much difference your diet can make. I am a strong none believer of diets but believe eating correctly and the right exercise makes a whole lot of difference to your well being not just for your body but also your state of mind..

I have given some information through this section to help you understand what foods are good and which are not and why.

SALTS
Do you know how much salt you consume as part of your daily diet?

SUGARS
Sugars can occur naturally in food and they can be added to food.

FATS
To stay healthy we also need some fat in our diets.  What is important is the kind of fat we are eating.
